About Skyline Crane Company

Skyline Crane Company was built from a career spent around cranes, heavy equipment, and the people who depend on them.

I'm Jake Stutsman, founder of Skyline and an NCCCO Certified Crane Inspector. My background has taken me from oilfields and industrial facilities to construction sites and crane yards across the country. I've worked alongside operators, mechanics, rig crews, safety professionals, and equipment owners—and I've learned that the best inspection relationships are built on something more important than paperwork: trust.

When I inspect a piece of equipment, my job isn't to find a reason to fail it, and it isn't to find a reason to pass it. My job is to tell you exactly what I see, explain why it matters, and give you an inspection you can put your own confidence in.

That's the kind of company I'm building with Skyline: one where clients know their inspector, their inspector knows their equipment, and a handshake still means something.

If Skyline puts its name on it, my reputation goes with it.
